Why sugar free, you ask ? Well sugar is a common food additive. It is found in almost EVERYTHING ranging from spices blendd, pickles, dressings ... To cookies, gums, and breads... To yogurt or milk! Sugar can effect mood, gut microorganism balance, joint pain, inflammation, and weight gain, cardiovascular status, and so much more! And remember, sugar isn't just HFCS or came sugar... It's ALL added sugar ... Honey, agave, coconut, etc.
