This recipes is a tradition summer, vegetable stew that was a staple in my home group up.
2 cups almond flour
3 organic eggs
1 large banana
1 cup of unsweetened plain almond milk or Mooala milk
1/2 tsp pink salt
2 tsp cinnamon * optional if you do not prefer, leave it out!
Add ins > raspberries, blueberries, organic dark chocolate chips
Warm a sauté pan or skillet over low-medium heat with 1 tsp of avocado oil.
Add batter in a small circle and allow to cook.
Once bubbles begin to form, flip!
Cook for 2-3 minutes on the opposite side.
TIP - I use a drink pitcher to pour my batter onto my skillet for perfect portioned pancakes.
