Pancakes! Gluten and Dairy Free

This recipes is a tradition summer, vegetable stew that was a staple in my home group up.


  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 3 organic eggs

  • 1 large banana

  • 1 cup of unsweetened plain almond milk or Mooala milk

  • 1/2 tsp pink salt

  • 2 tsp cinnamon * optional if you do not prefer, leave it out!

  • Add ins > raspberries, blueberries, organic dark chocolate chips


  • Warm a sauté pan or skillet over low-medium heat with 1 tsp of avocado oil.

  • Add batter in a small circle and allow to cook.

  • Once bubbles begin to form, flip!

  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on the opposite side.

  • EAT!

  • TIP - I use a drink pitcher to pour my batter onto my skillet for perfect portioned pancakes.
