Chocolate Banana Protein & Collagen Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 small banana - heathy carbohydrates!

  • 1/2 cup kale or 1 scoop greens powder - greens have antioxidants, Vitamin K, folate, and Vitamin C

  • I/2 cup non-dairy milk, I use Mooala banana milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt of choice

  • 1 scoop collagen peptides - collagen supports health tissues, skin, hair, nails, and supplies quality protein

  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

  • Process in blender until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
