2 cups chia seeds
2 cups milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp stevia
2 apples, iced
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp apple pie spice
Whisk chia and milk together.
Divide chia seeds into 4-6 containers. Let sit at least 4 hour until mixtures is thickened.
In a saute pan, sautée apples in coconut oil and spices on low until apples are tender and begin to break down.
Option *use a potato masher to break up apple mixture.
Top each chia seed pudding with apples.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
